Do you want to know how to relax quickly? Then you are in the right place. What I am about to tell you about how to relax quickly, you won't find anywhere else. I have learned this through experience. The good news is that it's super easy.

What you need for this are:

Your breathing

A hairbrush

A hat/cap or a tightly headband

In this article, I won't go into further detail about breathing. What I will talk about is how your hairbrush and a hat/cap or headband can help you relax super quickly.

 

 

Brushing your hair

What I always have in the glove compartment of my car is a hairbrush. Not just any, but one with boar bristles. A hairbrush with boar bristles is not meant to untangle hair knots but to spread the sebum from your scalp all over the length of your hair, giving it a natural shine. Additionally, it removes impurities from your hair. Such a brush is also very gentle on your hair.

It may have happened to you that you suddenly get nervous on the road, seemingly for no reason. In such a case, when I'm in the car, I dare to pull over and start brushing my hair. I brush my hair in a very specific way.

First, like everyone else, from my head to the hair tips. Then, I bend my head forward and brush my hair from my neck to the hair tips. Then, I brush my hair from left to right and then from right to left, to come back to my starting point, i.e., with my head upright to brush my hair again from my head to the hair tips.

It's very relaxing. You'll notice that the stress you felt simply disappears.

 

 

Wearing a hat, cap, or headband

One day, I discovered the following. I stepped out of my house and was suddenly overwhelmed by stress. It was so intense that I was shocked. It was obvious that it was not my personal stress.

While walking to my car, I put on the cap that I still had in my hand. I was really amazed when I noticed that the stress suddenly disappeared as soon as the cap was on my head. surprised

Later, I discovered that there is a scientific explanation for this.

Your hair

The U.S. Army discovered that there is a tiny antenna at each hair tip. Each antenna picks up information from the environment and sends that information to your brain. The brain registers the information and sends a response to your body (*).

This is the reason why you sometimes suddenly feel stressed even if apparently nothing has happened. The antennas on your hair have picked up a certain energy frequency that makes you uneasy or sometimes even sad.

When you are uneasy, stressed, or sad, first check with yourself:

Do I have a reason to feel stressed?

Do I have a reason to feel sad?

Do I have a reason to feel uneasy?

If the answer is "no," then there's a good chance you are picking up something from the environment you are in at that moment. By brushing your hair as described above, you bring your attention back to yourself. You massage your scalp and calm down all your antennas, and therefore yourself.

 

Wearing a cap, hat, or a tightly headband

A tightly bound headband/turban provides a natural adjustment of the skull. According to Kundalini yoga technology, a tightly bound headband stabilizes the many small bones in the skull, which affect our neurological system and electromagnetic field. When wearing a hat/cap, it should also be a bit tight, so your own electromagnetic field is not disturbed by all the different frequencies around you.

Advocates of headbands/hats/caps claim that a slight pressure on the skull gives a sense of calm and well-being. Well, I have personally experienced how my energy field was shielded from chaotic frequencies by simply wearing a cap, allowing me to regain peace within myself.

 

 

Conclusion

Your breath is the most powerful tool you have, but you are not always in the right environment to apply a specific breathing technique to manage your emotions and stress. Fortunately, you don't have to continue walking around with an unpleasant feeling: in addition to a few deep breaths, you can do something to relax quickly and find peace within yourself.

You can choose which method you prefer: the hairbrush or the hat. You don't necessarily have to use both at the same time.

A hairbrush and a headband are easy to carry everywhere by putting them in your handbag or storing them in the glove compartment of your car.
