I hear more and more people say that they are really worried for the coming months. I myself was shocked when I went to the shop yesterday and saw so many empty spaces on the shelves. We are so used to having all the shelves filled that we get anxious when we see empty ones.

When I stopped and really looked, I noticed that where the empty spots were, products are usually displayed that are actually not healthy anyway. The shelves and the displays of basic products such as vegetables, grains, meat, milk, water and fruit were well stocked. So don't get caught up in this psychological game.

To help you neutralise your fears for the future, I've included this meditation that works specifically on those fears.

As with all healing meditations, it is important that you perform the mudra (hand position) correctly and use the specific mantra, otherwise you will miss your goal.
